This Privacy policy sets out the policy and procedures of MBL Solutions Limited of 37 Apex Business Village, Cramlington, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE23 7BF. (Reg 04300822)

MBL Solutions also trades under the names Inspired Rewards and Inspired Retail

To provide and fulfill our services to yourself and our clients we must collect and retain certain information. The personal information which we hold will be held securely and in strict accordance with our internal security policy, best practice, the law whilst conforming to GDPR. 

We are committed to protecting and securing all private information which is held in accordance with data protection laws (Including General Data Protection Regulation) this privacy policy outlines how we collect and use your information

Continued use of our platform will constitute your agreement to any such changes whether notified or not.

Our Role.

In order to hold an account and to have access to some of our services, we collect specific personal data relevant to yourself. This is provided either during our registration process or via your employer/membership organization. All information provided by 3rd parties is minimal and usually consists of an Email and name.

For the purposes of data protection laws MBL Solutions is the data controller of your personal data collected via the use of our website and services.

Whist MBL Solutions holds information in accordance to yourself you hold a duty of responsibility to inform us of any changes which may impact our services through a lack of accuracy and validity.

You have the right to request access to your personal information commonly referred to as a data subject access request.

What Information do we collect.

We may use information provided to communicate with prospective customers through information provided via our website submission forms. We will use forms located on our website to gather data for our mailing lists and will communicate to customers whom subscribe. Additional information will be required when making purchases though our website(s). Data will also be acquired when entering a promotion, competition or survey.

In addition to any information provided by your employer or membership organization we will collect further information when any contact is made be it via phone, email, in writing or otherwise. We will use this information in regards to any enquiries you may have.

When using our website as a registered member we will collect information about the offers you redeem and orders you place. Our use of third parties to collect information about our clients is minimal, we may use these services in a limited capacity in the future.

Data is periodically purchased through 3rd party suppliers, whilst this data is valid and has been procured within the last 12 months the source/provider will be listed below as a part of this policy. We will only purchase data for Business to Business communications.

MBL Solutions works across a range of sectors, we make every effort to limit the usage of your data however we must use data personal to individuals for the following reasons:

Please be aware that whilst we offer many affiliations and associated offers we do not control the use of your data by these partners. Where we offer access to services which involve the use your of information and the additional submission of your data to create new user accounts, we hold no liability in your acceptance to conform with their terms, conditions and privacy policies.

Direct Communications

MBL Solutions may send out occasional mailings to our subscribed audience(s). We will communicate relevant information which we deem to be an appropriate product for our audience.

Whilst we reserve the right to communicate with our subscribed audience our users may unsubscribe at any time by unsubscribing from our most recent communication or updating your preferences through the account management facility on your inspired rewards platform. Your Account > Account Details > Untick Promotion Email Box.

Our commitment to ensuring your right to unsubscribe and opt out of all future communications is supported through our comprehensive communication procedures document which outlines our process for communicating to only our subscribed audience.

Customers and users of MBL Solutions products and services may unsubscribe from our marketing materials by contacting your account manager in writing or by emailing Privacy@MBLSolutions.co.uk.
We request that all users of Inspired Rewards use the contact details listed at the bottom of this document(Or contact Support@InspiredRewards.co.uk).

Data Security

We have put in place significant security measures to prevent your personal information from being lost, used or accessed in any unauthorized capacities, including being altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to any third parties unless on a strict need to know basis typically to fulfill an order. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

While we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal data, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason, we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data that are transferred via the internet. Whilst we do not intend to, or currently supply, information outside of the European Economic Area, should such an occurrence be necessary we will treat all transfers of data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation.

Retention Period

Whilst being a customer of MBL Solutions we will retain your information for billing and delivery purposes. On the withdrawal of our services being available to yourself we will retain your information for audit and credit control purposes. We will only hold onto this information for as long as necessary. In some cases, we will remove any association of yourself from historic transactional data once you no longer become a customer when we will securely destroy any associated personal information in accordance to law and regulation.
